How do these seminars work?
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email providing you the links to our online seminar hosting service. This will include log-in information and your password.
The seminar will be broken into several segments, and you take each segment in order. The length of each segment varies, depending upon the specific topic of the segment.
Can I get CEU or PDH credit?
After viewing the entire seminar, you will be emailed a quiz on the subject matter discussed. The quiz is returned to SSTC and then graded by SSTC. To receive continuing education unit (CEU) credit or professional development hour (PDH) credit, you will need to watch each segment and complete the quiz with a minimum 70% passing score. If your score is below 70%, you will need to repeat the seminar as needed and return a new quiz. Note that we also monitor the time spent watching each seminar segment.
Note that online on-demand seminars of this type, when accompanied with quizzes and monitoring, qualify for CEU credit and/or PDH credit for most professional organizations, including ICC and AWS.
